Wellness Scheduling

All appointments and services are non-refundable. A provider consultation may be required at the provider's discretion before treatment recommendations are made. During your consultation, your provider will review your medical history, discuss your goals, determine eligibility for services, and develop an individualized treatment plan.

All IV Wellness services require a provider consultation before scheduling an infusion. Once you have completed your consultation and have been approved for treatment, you'll receive access to schedule your IV hydration appointments online. Periodic follow-up consultations may be required to ensure your treatment plan remains safe and appropriate.

Psychiatric services begin with a comprehensive telehealth evaluation, during which your provider will assess your symptoms, discuss treatment options, and develop a personalized medication management plan if appropriate. For the best continuity of care and treatment outcomes, psychiatric medication management is designed to be provided through our 6-month membership program, which includes ongoing follow-up visits, medication monitoring, and consistent provider support.
