Why do we do what we do? 

Daisy Pawlowski, FNP-BC, Owner and Provider of HolistiCare LLC, wanted to bridge the gap in health care. She combined her Home Health Care and Primary Care experience and created this Company. 

All of our services are fee for service. What you can expect from us is personalized, holistic, comprehensive care. You will get the time you deserve with the provider to discuss your healthcare concerns. We offer in person visits as wall as tele-health visits. We provide a wide variety of services ranging from Primary care, to work physicals, to telehealth urgent care visits, to wound care and so much more. 

Any orders for lab work, medications, and imaging will be billed to insurance. In that case, I do accept ALL insurance.
